Visit Aktivate to complete an Athletic Packet.
Athletes must register on Aktivate (required by the SDPBC). Athletes will be asked to upload their FHSAA and District Forms along with their completed NFHS courses for the heat illness, concussion and cardiac arrest through NFHS.
Please make sure to upload the proper forms in their correct spots. (This is FREE)
The Athletic Insurance Payment can be made on School Cash Online ONLY.
NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED - Please upload your receipt from school cash online
to the Aktivate Portal along with the 2608 form.
